The International House of Pancakes (aka IHOP) is an American multinational restaurant chain which specializes in breakfast foods. According to Wikipedia, there are more than 1,800 IHOP locations worldwide as of September 2019. Since vegans need breakfast foods too, in this article we list the 11 best vegan options at IHOP restaurants in 2022.

IHOP does not post the ingredients for their menu items, but they do have a Special Diets Wizard (aka Allergen Guide) on which you can exclude products with milk, egg, fish, and shellfish allergens. All of the items listed in this article are based of the information provided in the allergen guide and other vegan resources.

1. Hashbrowns

Additionally, these sauteed veggies can be paired with the following sides to complete the dish: Avocado, Corn Tortilla, Flour Tortilla, or Salsa.
